Refund Policy- Wholesale

Returns:
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all products. However, due to the perishable nature of the products, all returns must be requested within 24 hours of accepting delivery. Please call Penn’s Corner for approval and directions for returns. If you want to receive credit for a return, please do not throw away product without instructions from Penn’s Corner.

Damaged Goods & Product Shortages:

Please report damaged goods or product shortages immediately (within the first 24 hours). Again, if you want to receive credit for damaged goods, please do not throw away product without instructions from Penn’s Corner. Credit will be issued on the next invoice.


Refund Policy - Farm Stand

Any products that are delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition may be returned to the pickup site. The item will either be replaced or you will receive a credit for the item. You may use our Contact Us form to communicate any problems with your order.
